Gowanus. Soon to be Park Slope if the Real Estate agents have their way, even though it's at the bottom of the "Slope". Perhaps The South West Slope?

Not South Slope. The Park Slope border is generally considered to be 4th Ave, so I would call you Gowanus. Having said that, with the way the rezoning was handled, I suppose that a somewhat valid argument could be made for 3rd Ave in some areas. *shrug*

Gowanus, not South Slope at all.

Three votes for Gowanus. Someone lock the thread while it is still unanimous.

Gowanus. But I think one of our regulars here calls that area "The Taint."

Gowaus...maybe Sunset Park, which some say runs from 15th Street to 65th Street and from 9th Avenue to 1st Avenue.

Either way, just chill and call it "Gowanus," which is becoming hipper than Park Slope.

There was a dream that was Park Slpe. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish, it was so fragile.

    I like that one.

Its also no coincidence that the particular stretch
of the BQE right there, is commonly called The Gowanus.

Neither... We all live in Far South Williamsburg.
