People arent nice, i find garbage in front of the place that

i have under contract. like new garbage that isnt there before. everytime i go by, there new stuff appears infront of my building. i wont have the place till feb 1st but still . dang punks who ever is throwing stuff in front of 323 st marks ave( i think thats the address lol).

Watch out for this sort of thing, as the Dept of Sanitation seems particularly vicious in PH handing out tickets to buildings for this sort of thing. My building has been hit sevarl times with fines for other stuff people drop on our sidewalk.

I've taken to late night spot clean-ups in fron of the building in order to save us money.

thanks for the tip . right now any fines would goto the current owners i think . i wont be living there till like way later after my contractors fix it up for me. hehe i wish i could afford a better area and not a broken down place. i wont even be a full owner. my parents and brother would be part owners too . i'll just get a nearly free place to live hehe.

You're in contract on 323 st. marks? I understand it needs a lot of work. Are you guys keeping it as rentals or making condos? Or are you just going to use it for your family?

I think you can do well on that place, the block's not great right now but that will all change and it's a good location. Congrats!

keeping it as rentals and i'll live in one of the units. this way i'll pay rent to myself . my brother and parents gonna keep the other rent from other floors.

i dont bump up any old threads have you not read the link i gave???? cause people always complained when i bump up anything old. now people are complaing i dont bump up old threads. this is messup.

if you want to complain about me not bumping up some old thread. just tell some of your fellow posters for complaing to me not to bump them up.
