Full service tailor in Sunset Park

I need many, many things altered. I'm hoping to find a decent full service tailor as I need to be fitted and measured properly, much more than your average hem. Anyone know of one they love?

I like the sastreria on 5th Avenue and 60th (or is it 61st?). He's very professional and very good. I haven't been there for over a year, but if I had major work to get done, I'd go there.

Thank you! I lost some weight and I hate to have to get rid of perfectly fine (and somewhat pricey) clothes that could do with a little nip and tuck.

I have been trying to find a good tailor as well. I need the whole measuring and altering thing done too. Anyone know a good one in the greenwood or south slope area?
I'm pretty desperate.
