Did anyone find my nieces wallet?

She lost her wallet on 5th avenue tonight.Although she knows she wont get back the money she is more interested in the other personal belongings. If you happen to be the person who found the wallet on 5th avenue tween dean and pacific by the gym after 7pm this evening please find it in your heart to mail the contents back to her .Thanks .

I dropped my wallet 2 weekends ago, somewhere between 5th and 6th ave on St. Marks, and by the time I woke up the next morning (I had not even realized i dropped it yet) the Park Slope PD had already called me twice, and attempted to deliver my wallet to my former address which was on my driver's license!

Apparently someone had found my wallet during the early morning hours, and took it to the 6th ave police station with everything still in it! They got my phone number from my business cards inside the wallet, and I was able to go pick it up. The strange thing is that someone had cancelled my debit card at some point while it was not in my possession, and none of my other cards were cancelled. Weird.

But, check the police station! We have good neighbors in Brooklyn!

+1 got my blackberry back a few months ago, was quite surprised.

God is an awesome God and works in mysterious ways.The person who found the wallet returned it.

Yay! I told you we have great neighbors! When I told my friends and family in Detroit that I had my wallet returned to me a few weeks ago untouched they were totally shocked.
