apartment needed

I'm looking for a studio apartment around $900-1100 in Prospect Heights, Park Slope, or Ft. Greene available for Feb. 1. If anyone has any suggestions (other than craigslist) or knows of specific buildings and/or landlords that have apartments available, please let me know. I'd love to get around paying a broker fee. Thanks.
