Subject: Lia's Ices became Lia's Soups

When it's hot out they have ices, when it's cold they have soup. That's smart. I haven't tried their soup yet, but I will because their ices were pretty good. I just hope if they make new t-shirts for "Lia's Soup" they finally learn they're in Windsor Terrace, not Park Slope.

walked by there earlier today before they opened and there wasn't any menu up. if the soup is decent, they should do a fair amount of business in the colder months. neat business plan!

I was wondering what they were going to do during the winter months, and was pleased to see the changed sign while passing the other day.

    smart of them.

It seems they've been closed ever since they put the "Soups" sign up. Now I don't know what the deal is.

stopped by Lia's soups after work yesterday and got the minestrone. It was halfway decent. It probably would have been a lot better earlier in the day. Several hours in the slow cooker made all the veggies a little too mushy.

Also, the bread. Guys, you have to cover it up or it starts to get stale.
