The Sycamore

There appears to be a new bar on Cortelyou Rd where the old Cortelyou Vintage store was. It is the Sycamore Flower shop and bar. I thought it was an odd combination but people seem to like it. It appears to have a good flow through the place, and is even using the space outback as a garden area.

It has a nice feel to it and I hope they make a good go of it!

The only thing I didn't like about it the other night was that it was SO dark in the bar it was difficult to even see the prices on the drink menu!

i thought the place was kinda cool..a good friend of mine had a show there. this past weekend. they have another room for performance which is cool. and a ton of whiskey....yeah
