It seems like this building is now offered for rent. Anyone know where I could find more info to see how their rents compare to others in the area? I've seen info on some of the apartments on clermontbrooklyn.com and they seem interesting....

you could check brownstoner.com, they comment on the building occasionally.

brownstoner sucks. they seem to prefer corcoran over any other broker in brooklyn. i'm not interested in propaganda, only in info i could use. thanks, though.

Yes, the apartments are being offered by Ideal.

We ended up not going to the open house on the weekend...walked around over there on Friday night after supper and felt that they were probably overpriced for the lack of (readily apparent) amenities and transportation options in the area, so we just skipped it.

Anyone checked them out yet?

Oh I did, a while back.
I thought the construction quality was quite poor, especially the flooring, so I decided against it. But the location is nice!

the place is great. loads of amenities for the area. good craftsmanship, definitely a great addition to the area. i live three buildings down from here and i went in with my kids a few days ago just to check it out....
