Rental includes space, minimal seating/furnishings, staff, AV equipment (amp, speakers, projector, screen). Additional chairs/tables/tent four outdoor patio if required must be rented separately (you can bring your own!)

Ridiculous.

Le Trapeze is only 85 bucks and you can stay as long as you want, a much better deal for intimate gatherings IMHO.
