Wednesday Happy Hour

I just posted this in the PH forum, but since I'm on the border (Grand Army Plaza) I thought I'd do the same here. Since I'm relatively new to the neighborhood the only bar in PS I've been to more than once is The Gate, which I'm happy with, but was wondering about other options.

Does anyone have a particularly good Wednesday happy hour? I'm thinking either Soda or Barrette's. I was supposed to meet a friend at the Subway Inn in Manhattan, but he just cancelled.

Subway Inn!!!! I work right there. I am kind of skerred of that place tho. We go to Blue Room on 60th and 2nd.

Yeah, I thought about the search capabilities right after I posted. I'd remove the post if I knew how (mods, feel welcome to do so if you'd like). Anyway, thanks for the replies. I should have a refreshing beverage in my hand in just about an hour.

Subway Inn rocks! I work right by there, too. It smells like pesticide, desperation and old man. I loves it there.

Welcome to Brooklyn! My favorite happy hour by far, though not in Brooklyn, is at Tile Bar (aka WCOU Radio) at 1st Ave and 7th street in the East Village. I often swing by after work before grabbing the L. Happy hour is 5-8 and they do HUGE pours of Jameson for $4. Read that again FOUR freaking dollars. Everything else is inexpensive, too. Great Jukebox, cash only, nothing fancy.
