Party: Reading and Music at PS Community Bookstore this Tues

hi folks,

i'm part of a reading this tuesday, october 28th, at the PS Community Bookstore on seventh between carroll and garfield. several contributors to submerged: tales from the basin, an anthology of writing by women about hair and new orleans whose proceeds help support NOLA charities working on katrina recovery, will be reading. we'll also have music by the very awesome alyssa robbins (whose essay, "the hair down there" appears in the collection).

the event is free, and there will also be eats and drinks.
