Opera?

I live on Park between Franklin and Classon and I think we're either hearing some sort of female ghost or someone is listening to very loud opera music. Does anyone else hear this? It's one of the weirdest out-the-window sounds we've ever had!

No, it is not opera. I believe it is coming from a mosque somewhere around Bergen and Washington.

i had never heard it before yesterday and now it's been all last night and all of this afternoon.

I doubt it's the Mosque. The call to prayer doesn't last longer than 5 -10 mins?? Daily.

If it is the Mosque , than you shouldn't hear anything before 5:50 or 6am and nothing after 7 or 7:15 pm.

Maybe someone likes opera and is blasting the tune for all to enjoy.
