Tatem Acupuncture

I have been going to Tatem Acupuncture and Wellness at 285 Flatbush ave, for my hair loss and a couple of other things, the results are much better than I thought it would be. My hair is thicker and growing back, my skin has cleared-up and thanks to her I am taking Qigong to bring my stress level down. Has anyone else seen her and had such results?

I tried everything, including cold-laser. Nothing would last, plus I had psorias. So, I tried acupuncture and bam! I am trolling for chicks again.

Acupuncture has virtually cured my sciatica, regulated my hormones, and helped my depression issues by leaps and bounds. It hasn't helped my tinnitus one iota, even with herbs.

I'm open to suggestion.

May i ask who you go that has cured all these things? i could really use help with severe lower back pain. have been to one acupuncturist with no success, and have taken herbs also with no success. But, willing to try someone else.

Just curious (because I've never done acupuncture)- did you tell the person that you had tinnitus? I mean, was it a major reason for going in the first place? I assume that when you go, you tell them your issues and they focus on that? All other good things that happen are a byproduct?

As far as herbs go, I use RING STOP for when it gets really loud. They have it at Back to the Land (its not cheap but its SO worth it). Its the only thing that as worked for me. I'm bad though- I only take it when my ears are screaming, and then when it subsides, I stop using it.

It's not only acupuncture she does it is a whole wellness package and if you have to incorporate other things, she will refer you to other individuals (as she did with me for Qigong) or suggest the product you need.

A little out of my price range, would like to find someone a bit cheaper if anyone knows somebody. especially interested in hearing who redmenace went to.

You already said that, i almost feel like you are advertising for her-LOL!

the $70 per visit isn't a bad deal (though it does end in a month), but, I would like to find someone cheaper as I already stated.

I mentioned the tinnitus, but truthfully, the last time I saw her, the sciatica was unbearable, and i wanted her to focus on that. She used needles with a combination of electrical stimulation and cupping. One treatment, and i swear it completely fixed it. Of course, I need to maintain it, but it really was a miracle.

I should go back soon and see if she can deal with tinnitus, which just became annoying a two or three months ago. I'll give the Ring Stop a try. I've also heard Ginko is great.

For anyone who has never tried acupuncture, it can really be miraculous if you find the right person. Dr. Ren is part of my insurance plan, so it's a double blessing.
