Take over my lease in PH beginning Dec 1st!

I'm moving to a larger apt in same building and need to find someone to take over my current lease.

This is a SMALL studio apt (250sf)- but there is decent light and the building is fairly quiet. Galley kitchen w/full-sized stove and fridge. 2.5 closets and overhead storage in kitchen. No bugs.

Rent is $1055/month.

Move in date is Dec 1 (plus security and last month rent)- you will need to be approved by the management company. The neighbors are cool and respectful- mostly young professionals- many of whom work in the arts.

I'll be showing the place on Sunday, Nov 9.
