Leather repair/cobbler?

Looking to get heels fixed and a suede bag cleaned. Any recs?

I love the place on 5th ave b/w 46th and 47th, east side of 5th. Franks? It's been there since the stone age. They did a perfectly decent job reheeling some shoes of mine. Nothing makes you feel cozier than supporting a local biz that's seen it all.

There's a cobbler who often sets himself up on the west sidewalk of 8th Ave (somewhere around 48th St, give or take 4 streets, I think), although he may not be there now (given how cold it is). He speaks no English, but he's friendly and inexpensive. In June, he fixed a pair of my leather shoes on the spot for $3.
