Argyle Hall?

I am thinking of moving into Argyle Hall (400 Argyle). The apt seems great and I am in love with the neighborhood. But, with such a big apt building I am worried about pests as well as poor service from management company and/or super. Anyone have good or bad experiences with this building?

According to HPD's website they have almost no code violations.

Have you spoken with other tennants in the building? This would give you an idea of what to expect.
