great tenants looking for a 2BR for Jan 1/Jan 15/Feb 1

WE FOUND AN APARTMENT. DISREGARD THE AD BELOW. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST.

Yet another set of prospective tenants looking for a home!

We need:
2+ BR.
Cats allowed (we have 1.)
NOT a 3rd/4th/5th story walk-up.
Walkable to the 2/3/B/Q, or on the B75/B65/B67 (we need to be able to get to the 2/3 Bergen or Atlantic Center stops.)
No shares.
$2,000/month or less.

We'd like (though not completely deal-breakers if the place doesn't have them):
$1,800/month or less.
Dishwasher.
W/D in building or (HA!) unit.
Access to outdoor space would be lovely.
Prospect Heights/North Slope are of most interest to us, but we're also open to the rest of the Slope, Ditmas Park, Kensington, and Windsor Terrace.

We really, really, really do not want go over $2,000. This probably kills a lot of places for us, but such is life. If you've got a place that slightly goes over this price but is AWESOME, I'll consider it.

We're very quiet folks, and don't tend to do much beside go to work and home again. You'll barely know that we live there, outside of cashing our rent check every month!
