Hey, what about "Public House" for a name?

We already have "Toby's Public House" nearby, Nyco.

I just went by and saw that the Universal sign is indeed, down, and that the windows are painted over, work permits up, etc. Yay!

It's getting cold outside, I need a neighborhood drinking spot ASAP. Trekking to 5th ave will not be so nice in a few weeks.
