Very Affordable Catskill Rental

I have relocated to Brooklyn and am renting my 2200 square foot water front loft in Phoenicia. It's a great escape from the city and just two hours from the city. It's been a wonderful retreat space for me and so I am hoping to pass it along to like minded people. It's a great space for painters, yogis and families. Not great for those of you still in your keg stand phase.

It's cheap, huge, and amazing in all seasons.
