Studio or One-Bedroom for an Amazing Tenant?

Hi! I'm a 27-yr professional editor/writer. I live on Bergen and Franklin with three wonderful roommates, but I'm ready to get my own pad. Do you have a studio or one-bedroom you want to rent (or have someone take over your lease) next year? I can move any time from May to September. I am clean, courteous, friendly, and, best of all, I come with fabulous landlord references from my three previous homes in the tri-state area.

I'd love to stay in CH, PH...etc. Would go to Ft. Greene, Carroll Gardens, etc. I just want to stay in Brooklyn.
