The end of the world is close at hand.

I saw a sign for Domino's Pizza above a storefront on Mrytle between Carlton & Washington Park.

And that's worse than the Papa John's already over on Fulton off Franklin?

people gotta eat. I say let them eat.

I'm just glad the McDonald's is gone from Myrtle near the Associated.

It's scientific you know. They check the demographic and put a new store where it will piss off the most people.

sometimes i like to have something other than ny-style pizza. you know - like loaded with toppings and cheese, with that typical american-style crust. i'm looking forward to having this in walking distance. so sue me.

hey now, I've been mourning the loss of that mini-mac for years now. That was a convenient spot to get my fry fix fixed.

Are you too good for White Castle?

After working at Dominos in high school it takes a lot for me to eat that "pizza". But I cannot lie, sometimes it's just the right crap to hit the spot. I don't know why. It just does.


Oh yea, all must bow to White Castle on Myrtle Ave.

I am a diehard White Castle devotee, but nothing beats McD's fries. They've got magic dust on them.

Just knowing that White Castle fries only come in one size is a true comfort in these difficult and uncertain times.

It's cosmic Karma - we get a great place like Il Porto but we have to put up with a Domino's to balance things out.

I kicked Dominos to the curb when they refused to deliver my pizza to my door. I live on the 14th floor. I don't feel like meeting food deliveries at the downstairs lobby door.

Good pizza is just as quick and cheap as crap pizza.

I do find it unbelievable and sad that these crap national pizza chains like Domino's, Papa John's and Pizza Hut have managed to get a foothold here in New York.

Dominos is very gross but fact that deliver past midnight in the projects means they get our business once in a while. Now that they're coming from Myrtle and not Atlantic means we get our gross fix faster.
White Castle is an abomination.
Crown Chicken has good fries.

Where is the outrage at the existing crap mom & pop pizza places that we already have though? lol, I've had local crap pizza AND national crap pizza. There's room for both
