Cute Dog that works

Anyone know who the cute little black and white dog is that walks on his backlegs is. Has he ever been on tv before. Just wondering I wanted to tape him but not sure how his owner would feel. Also don't know the owner so scared to ask.

I believe he is a shizsu. I see him and his owner mostly on classon and sterling in front of the grocery store. I got the courage up to ask her this morning was it a girl or boy. She said boy and his name is Mr. Boots. I'm not a professional photographer but I just think he is so cute.

You got the courage to ask if the dog is a boy/girl? Are you kidding? Why'd it take courage? Seems like such a mundane question....

Courage because I can speak my mind online but in person iam just a bit shy and tend to just not say anything. So for me to ask her was kind of like a really big step for me to ask a stranger a question that was personal. you may say asking an animals sex is not personal but i never invades ones personal space or wanted personal information so that is why it was courage on my behalf. I did something out of the norm for me.
