Where can I get a fresh turkey (aka never frozen) in the slope?

    The BEST fresh turkey is at the green market on saturday at grand army plaza...i I think it's called DiPalo but they are the only ones who sell fresh turkey and it's delicious.

    +1 on that - also they are at the Union Square one during the week.

    I'm done with Staubitz. I went to get 100% grass fed beef, which they had a big sign up announcing but then they gave me the brochure and it clearly said it was grass finished.

    My next trip to the butcher shop will be to United Meats on Prospect Park West and 16th St
