PATIO GARDENS

Hey. Can anybody tell me any info about the patio gardens apartments complex on flatbush ave. Its right outside the S shuttle at prospect park. How is the building and the neighborhood?

I lived there for 5 years and loved it! had a huge 1 bedroom with awesome closets and 18 feet of windows overlooking prospect park & botanic gardens, on the 15th floor. there are always apartments available, lately they do alot of renovations and get the max increase in rents- but the apartments are huge!. gET AN APARTMENT on the northside with a view, avoid the fishbowl in the middle. and check out the neighbors on top of you. i moved because I bough a building.
