Subject: Looking for some cool men's shirts

I'm wondering if anyone can guide me to a local store where I can find some funky/retro/vintage long-sleeved button-down shirts? (this is NOT an oxymoron!)

I've searched online but can't seem to find anything that's not a western-style. I figure that there has to be somewhere close by that has what I'm looking for.

Any recommendations would be welcomed and appreciated.

I'd try BopKat Vintage...not in the Slope, but not too far. I love this place, and if you're looking for mid-century clothing, it's excellent and pretty reasonably priced. (I am cheap when it comes to vintage clothing. Or most everything these days.) She has great vintage ties, too. It's on Union St between Hicks and Columbia.

Brooklyn Industries on 5th Ave and Union might have some. Or there's the sparsely stocked Urban Outfitters on Atlantic.

Anthropologie is overpriced anyway. Anyone with just a little bit of crafty knowledge should be able to pump out some of that stuff, no prob.

Add me to the list. Lucky also has great sales too. sign up for their emails and they send coupons all the time. Plus, they've got a great outlet at Woodbury Commons that always has sick deals.
