retagYup, the Dwelling space is now vacant. There is a for lease sign, so nobody knows what it will be next.
They do mention "no food" on the for lease sign, so you must be happy.

ferny007So, who rents out a empty realty office? :-)
<--on cold medicine, so that might not be as funny as I think -
erin0711real estate businesses are hurting, if not a tad less, then just as much as the rest of the economy. think about it: people can't get loans to purchase property - which means they're not. which means real estate agents are not making commissions. at all. r.e. sales in brooklyn are at a virtual standstill. fillmore just recently consolidated, corcoran is engulfed in rumors of bankruptcy... -

You make it sound like a bad thing.
Who needs middlemen that produce nothing? -
yankeefantheres just so many real estates in brooklyn these days. i think at this point theres more real estates in brooklyn then in the whole rest of the country outside brooklyn. i wouldn’t make too big a deal out of this 1 real estate closing and take it as a sign of things to come. -

Where I currently live on 7th Ave, there's over a dozen realtors within just a few blocks. Being though Windsor Terrace is following the trajectory of its bigger, more expensive, neighbor, I agree with you in that it's probably only a matter of time before 9th Avenue receives its share of more realtors and cell phone stores as well. -
yankeefanit's a small ave and already has like 3 realtors and 2 cell phones stores. i'm sure more are on the way -
