Neighborhood Superlatives

So... We've lived here for about two weeks and are beginning to scope out the neighborhood. DW even discovered the POOL on Prospect Place!

Unfortunately, we are yet to find everything we need. So I propose a sharing of BESTS and WORSTS. Categories I would personally like to see are:

(dare I ask for a cafe? How much of a stinky gentrifying hippie do I want to make myself out to be?)
