empty lot on St. Mark's

Maybe this has been posted here before, but I'm new, and couldn't think of search terms that would lead me to it... so, sorry if this is redundant.

There's a big empty fenced-off lot on St. Mark's b/n Washington and Underhill, and there's some major construction work going on. They've closed part of the sidewalk and everything. Anyone have any idea what they're building or when it's supposed to be done?

i heard it was going to be condos, but i never got confirmation on that.
