Aternative Medicine

A few days ago, I was in the emergency room for severe abdominal pains. They suspected appendicitis, but after a CAT scan revealed nothing, and I felt better, they allowed me to go.
I want to go to a homeopath, acupuncturist, and/or herbalist for further investigation. Anybody have someone very qualified that they can recommend to me?
...would be even better if they accepted Blue Cross/Blue Shield

Try looking up who is covered by your plan and posting to see if anyone is familiar with them

There's a nasty stomach virus going around right now. But if your pain isn't going away, you should follow up with your doctor, because there could still be a serious problem that was missed by the CT.

i had appendicitis about 10 years ago. had to go to the hospital twice because the first time they were looking at the x-ray backwards.

    go back to the hospital.

i don't have much faith in the diagnostic abilities of a homeopath or accupuncturist.

Pixel.. I am agreeing with previous posters. I have gone to alternative treatments over the years but I would rule out any condition that would be better treated with traditional medicine.
