    12 shots in the back is certainly ridiculously unjustifiable excessive force. However, if it's true that he fired on the cops first (and I don't think any of us here can know at this point whether it is), he's not exactly "innocent."

    Of course all black males shot by police are innocent, honor roll, hard-working, aspiring sports stars and good church-going fathers.... It's just those racist police who are intent on bring a brotha down.

    The benefits of a large black community can be evidenced by what we New Yorkers see every day on the streets and subways.
