Why is the clock on this message board an hour fast?

It is making me a little nuts?

It's fine for me. Perfect time. Go into "edit your profile" and adjust your time zone, it's probably just off an hour.

Go into your profile and change your time zones-that will fix it.

My time zone is set at GMT + 4...I only have a choice of GMT zones...what should it be?
