Snowboarders in the BK?

Hi,

My gf and a few other friends love to snowboard!

We mainly hit the Creek a few days a week. Are there any other snowboarders / skiers in the area who would like to ride? We usually split the cost of a zip car and head up to the mountain.

We leave between 10 am and 2pm during the week. it depends on who gets out the latest. On the weekend, we try to leave around 9am - 10 am.

I actually thought there was something to do in Spring Creek, the hilly "park" on top of landfill across the Belt Parkway from Starrett City.

i might be down, i'm a skier but enjoy parks, so might be a fun day trip and a chance to get out of the apt in the winter....how much does the zip car usually cost after everything including gas?

mountain creek kind of sucks. and by kind of, i mean really icy and packed hit up vt! i'm actually heading to okemo tomorrow dude

I might be interested in going... my fiance and I just got back from a long weekend at Killington. it. was. awesome.

We used to leave as late as 2PM because a bud of mine was finished work at 1PM. She unfortunately busted her knee cap.., so we try to head out a bit earlier.

Mon - Thurs zip car is about $100 for the size to fit 4 peeps plus equipment.

Thurs - Sun, weekend rate, about 135.00.

VT is so cool, but I said QUICK Day trips.., not a 8 - 10 hrs round trip.

The Creek is 1.15 to 1.30 mins depending on traffic!

Mt Creek is pretty cool, mostly because it is so close. I used to have a season pass there.

everyone on the board who skis or snowboards should all get together and rent a place up in VT for a weekend...we can ski, drink, and post! just a thought....
