Car service to Newark

I need a car to go to the Newark airport today. It seems that a lot of people are recommending Arecibo Car Service. They list their ride to Newark at $55 + tolls. I know that when I take car service on my company's account (Concord Car Service) I am not supposed to tip. Can anyone tell me whether I need to tip if I take Arecibo? I am always confused about cab tipping and car services... Thanks so much.

I tip if the driver is nice, helpful and on time. If not, fuhgeddaboutit.

I tip if I take a car service privately but if I voucher it from work the voucher always included a 20% tip.

$50 to Newark is about right and tolls will depend on route and time of day and don't let them rip you off. The toll at the Holland Tunnel and the Bayonne Bridge is $8 peak $6 off peak inbound only

PEAK HOURS: Weekdays 6-9 a.m., 4-7 p.m., Sat. & Sun. 12 Noon- 8 p.m.

If you take the Turnpike from the Holland to Airport it is $1.25 of peak and $1.60 peak

This is all with EZ-Pass that the cars are, I think legally, supposed to carry
