Burglary on Carroll St

Around 3:30 this afternoon, there was a burglary on Carroll St, near 8th Ave. They entered the private house thru a front window. There was a woman in the house, who called the police. Apparently the cops arrived just in time to arrest 1 perp, but the 2 others got away. I was walking the dog at the time, and it was pretty wild with 5 squad cars on the scene.

Was it between 8th and 7th or 8th and the park?
