Bicycle accident - Lincoln Ave/PPW (near Montauk Club)

I just saw an abandoned mountain bike lying in the middle of the street, and a black cap and a lot of blood. It was clearly a result of an accident, which seemed to had gone unnoticed. I looked around, but I could not see anybody. Did anybody noticed it too? I hope the bicyclist got help and everything is OK. It looked pretty scary.

this is terrible. maybe the person slipped on the ice (it's deceptive out there today, muddy yet icey...). I did hear sirens early this morning and I live only a few blocks from there. Please keep us posted if you hear anything.
