Mortgage Brokers

Has anyone worked with the mortgage brokers at Tractman & Bach? We're thinking of using them to help us buy a home... Thanks.

I can rec Frank Gooden at First Merchants (he's on Berkeley Pl just off 7th Ave)

I was very impressed with Jonathan Bach at T&B - we ended up working directly with a bank, but he returned my calls promptly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable. re- First Merchants - we arranged a mortgage with them over 10 years ago when we first moved to the Slope. I have always heard good things about Frank, but often some less than good things about other brokers there.

I used Tracthman & Bach...they were wonderful and I would definitely use them again
