Brooks Valley is now doing weekend brunch in a big way. The menu includes multi-grain pancakes with organic maple syrup, porridges (oatmeal, cornmeal and banana), catfish or whiting with grits and ackee and saltfish with green bananas yams and dumplings with the lowest prices for food in the city. the dinner menu is still great and they use mostly organic ingredients in the preperation of the food. The kitchen and bathroom is clear indication of their dedication to the highest level of cleanliness.

I don't own the place but the owner is a friend, now they have a $3.00 lunch special. They aren't good advertisers but they use organic ingredients the food is great and the place is the cleanest in the city. Oh yeah a $3.00 lunch in 2009! Time for change.

Same reason they might go out to have a cup of coffee or eggs I guess. How is your organic banana porridge made?
