Gray Subaru 4WD Forrester towed this afternoon

I meant to post this a while ago, but wasn't near the computer.

While walking to school today to pick up one of my kidlets (and, yes, Flexi, sun was shining out of my ass! ), I saw a gray Subaru 4WD Forrester on the back of a NYC Dept. of Traffic tow truck that was on 6th Avenue making a right onto 2nd Street. This was about 3 in the afternoon today.

I did not see where it was towed from, but, if you have a car of this description and it is now missing, NYC has it.

That car was parked across the street from Key Food on 7th Ave for the past 2 or 3 days, I think.

Was the Subaru towed with 2 wheels on the ground? If so, they broke the 4WD system! Subaru's must be towed with all 4 wheels off the ground. This is due to the way the 4WD works in that car. You must use a flat bed tower if you want to tow your subaru.

I just bought a new subaru and was told this over and over again.

It was on a flat bed, lucky for them!
