I can't see the pic you're talking about, because I use Firefox with the Adblock Plus extension, but I can't imagine what it would possibly look like that could make that true.

Prime rib is usually cooked whole and the slices wouldn't be browned on the sides. And it's not a rib eye steak (a steak cut from the prime rib roast) because the bone is cut crosswise, when rib eye steaks are parallel to the bone. I can't tell for sure, but I think that might be a bone-in chuck steak, some cuts of which have a small round bone like that. Whatever it is, it's perfectly cooked. I think this has inspired me to have a steak sandwich for lunch today.

Looks fine and delicious to me. Sometimes I wonder how I was ever vegetarian.
