Cooking classes

I want to take some! Specifically ethnic food (korean or thai, perhaps indian of it's offered?) I know Astor Place does some, but they're usually 3 sessions max.... back home some community colleges offered like semester long, 1 night a week type of classes for cheap (like $90 a semester under a adult continuing ed program.)
Has anyone done something like this? Maybe some of the community colleges in the city/bk offer this? I'd love to take a pastry class as well...

I would do this - particularly an Indian class. If you come up with anything, let me know!
