I want to start an all girl rollerskate crew

So I used to Roller Derby and miss skating. I retired last year but am itching to roll with other girls....I guess it would be cool for anyone, espically ex-derby girls and there friends or jeerleaders!!!!! I'm not really sure how to go about it all but where there is a will there is a way!!!!!

isn't the closest rink now in NJ? ...the one on Empire closed recently, Skate Key in the Bronx closed a while ago.

...I'm all for watching WCW get her anger out, but not sure I'll make the treck to NJ to do it.

Actually, I think LIU on Flatbush let's outsiders rent their facilities...

Do they have a snack bar? I think a corn dog and pretzel is the appropriate meal to eat while watching such an event.

ok so i think the salvation army in bed stuy has open skating on wednesday nights, they do not rent skates though you need your own. I am going to try and confirm this info on Monday.... can i get a list of people and there emails who are really down for this.
