Not comparatively. Its the best of that bunch.

Gregorie - Thanks for the link. I own a brownstone in park slope and recently someone gained access to the building, went to the top floor, opened the roof hatch and went down the fire escape. He probably tried to gain access to the apartments from the windows (which were all locked).

I tell all my tenants to get renters insurance but I would like to get those window gards as well.
