Anybody been out recently?

When i was out earlier, it was very cold. i see by the TV that it is 35 degrees right now, which isn't too bad. But, does it feel colder than that? is it windy or anything? I want to go out but don't want to if i am going to freeze.

    it's wretched out. i felt colder at 11 than at 730, though that may have more to do with my level of consciousness than the wind chill.

    Dress warm and don't stand on street corners waiting for a bus. It is windy and uncomfortable out there!
