booze cruise

Can anyone recommend a good cheap fun booze cruise to tour the waterways around Manhattan? I want to throw a fun bday party on one but I don't want people to have to spend too much..thanks!

Beer. Backpack. Staten Island Ferry?

I went on a really fun one last year out of 23rd street and the east side. It was open bar, snacks, music and gambling for like $20. The boat broke down though, and we idled somewhere downtown for an hour or more waiting for a tugboat, but they opened the bar back up wheee!!!!!
