That amazing cinnamon bread smell?

So I've noticed between Atlantic and Fulton, around the Clinton Washington stop at 1am ish there is an amazing smell, indicating a bakery (south american perhaps?). Any ideas? It always leaves me craving cinnamon rolls!

at Grand and Fulton there is a bakery called Deserts by Michael Allen. Perhaps they are making the late night cinnamon rolls.

It's coming from a kosher industrial bakery on Waverly between Atlantic and Fulton. They make challah, muffins, cakes, etc all night long. So mesmerizing! They need to open a storefront.

not michael allen - this is going back about a year that ive lived here. thanks on the kosher bakery-now time to stake out and throw myself into one of their delivery trucks!

I've begged for a roll when walking by. They laugh.
