My best friend wants to move to the slope (room needed!)

I know we have an apt board but this gets more traffic and some of you "know" me and might be inclined to pass this on...
One of my best friends is looking to move to park slope. Shes 27 but this will be her first apartment out of the house (not a deadbeat or anything, her mom has guilted her into living at home in typical traditional chinese-only-child fashion) so she doesn't need anything super extravagant, just reasonably affordable and decently close to any train. Shes not a huge partier and is a great cook, is employed in a normal 9-5ish job in the city. She basically rules and if I wasn't absolutely in love with my current living situation I would be her room-mate in a heartbeat. She's looking to spent less than $850 after utilities and would like no more than 3 room-mates (and before everyone starts yelling about that being too cheap, there's actually a lot on CL given the current economy... I just wanted to ask here as well!)
