165 Park Place (corner of Park Place and Carlton)

Glad to see the very bad hedge trimming, at least on the Park Place side of the property. No longer have to step into the planter box in order to get by the bushes.

Sorry the Carlton side is still as bad as ever.

I totally agree! It's a poorly-done job, but still an improvement over what it was. My hunch (and hope) is that this is the first phase and that it will eventually be removed altogether. I suspect that a resident of the building volunteered for the job, given the low quality of the work.
