Looking for a roommate...

Perhaps this is not the best place... but I'm looking for a roommate to rent both a bedroom and office in Boerum Hill - Atlantic and Bond. Rent is $1550 and move in would be May 1 (but both of those things might be negotiable). Its a great space and location - I'd hate to leave it.

Bedroom (appr. 15x15), small office (appr. 10x8); Room is very quiet, in the back of the building. Office is in the front of the building. Both rooms have their own full size closets. Natural light throughout the day and totally cute. 1 year lease, something like first/last months rent and security deposit due upon signing, utilities are around $40-80 a month. Landlord is great.
