Its not in PH but....

My husband and I took a walk the other night and randomly found this cute new cafe called The Chocolate Shop. They had all types of hot chocolates, coffees, candy and TONS of desserts (I had the brownie sundae and it was AWESOME). It was on 5th Avenue and Prospect. The owner was really nice and the service was great. It was a bit expensive ($24 for 2 desserts, a latte and a hot choco) but it was SO worth it. I can't wait to go back.
