a bar on vanderbilt, down near pacific. Burlesque on occasion.

Went there late night (well, for a weekday) last night because we were hungry and it was the only spot w/the kitchen still open. Had an amazing grilled cheese. I think I need to start going to Barrette more often.

I love Barrette as well. It's my favorite bar on Vanderbilt!! I love their tall boys as well!!!

They need to bring that fat girl dancer back. She had great energy... prob. one of the best performers I saw there

They should make a website w/a calendar of all the dancers. Soda should do the same with their DJs, that way I know when to come thru. It's so hit/miss

I heart barrette too!

There is a small stage for burlesque and go-go style burlesque dancers, but no stripper pole. It's not a strip joint!

i guess the shiny silver pole sticking vertically out of the otherwise empty "stage" was just a decoration, then, my bad

No stripper pole. Trust me, cuz I'd be running smack into it when I'm shaking my fringe and rhinestones. There is a disco ball hanging up top and a mylar curtain all around.
